Animal Prints UK has been supplying gifts on a wholesale basis for over 10 years, and has operated a dropshipping service since July 2007.
Our 'drop shipping' service is aimed at retailers who wish to offer for sale and have our giftware shipped direct to their customers. The way in which the service operates is set out below.
Only customers who have registered for the service and who have been allocated a unique login and password are able to view prices and order on-line.

All goods offered are held in stock at our Leyburn,
North Yorkshire warehouse, from where goods to your customers
are despatched.
Animal Prints
UK offers an unrivalled range of gifts with a common theme
– i.e. all feature high quality artwork of animals.
The range extends to approaching 1,000 designs, and T-shirts
& Sweatshirts are available in a large range of sizes
for each design.
Our drop shipping service enables you to:
- Give customers the opportunity to order from you as wide a choice of gifts from our range as you wish.
- Offer
gifts for sale from your own website, Ebay, advertising
in newspapers or magazines etc
- Have goods
promptly despatched by us direct to your customers in
the UK, Europe and beyond.
The most
significant advantages of the arrangement are:
You don’t
have to buy stock beforehand, or run any risk of buying
stock that you don’t sell.
You can offer our entire range if you choose, or and you
don’t need to have money tied up in stock. We take
that risk for you.
You don't have to worry about packaging or postage arrangements
- we do it all for you.
Why
is a fee payable?
The drop shipping
service is intended for people who wish to offer our giftware
for sale on a regular basis, and we needed a simple arrangement
to discourage people from enrolling just for personal
purchases. You are therefore charged a one-off registration
fee of £30 to enable you to use the service.
How
does the scheme operate ?
When you registered
as a Drop Shipping Retailer we provided you with your
login and password to get full access to our drop shipping
website and to images of our range to enable you to add
the gifts you wish to offer to your website, Ebay, Catalogue,
shop etc.
You decide the prices and shipping charges that you wish
to set. As a guide, setting prices for gifts at 2.35 x
our price to you would give you a 100% markup and cover
VAT also.
Once you start receiving orders, you collect payment from
your customers, notify us of the gifts you wish us to
despatch to your customers, and pay us at that time for
the gifts and shipping.
Example 1:
· A customer orders from you two Welsh Slate Clocks at a price of £21.99 each plus shipping charge of £10. The customer pays you £53.98.
· You place an order with us to drop ship this order to your customer, for which you pay £23 + shipping of £7.95 + Vat = £36.36, giving you a profit of £17.62
Example 2:
· A customer orders from you one 3D Mug at a price of £7.50, and a gift box of coasters for £11.99, plus shipping charge of £3.50. The customer pays you £22.99.
· You place an order with us to drop ship this order to your customer, for which you pay £8.16 + shipping of £3.21 + Vat = £13.36, giving you a profit of £9.63

Delivery to yourself?
We will despatch direct to a Registered user on request.
Delivery / Shipping arrangements
Our intention
is that your orders are despatched very promptly from
our warehouse, which will usually mean within 2 working
days. We would advise however that you quote a delivery
time to your customers of within 5-7 working days.
We will despatch goods via Royal Mail for most items(1st
Class Post in UK, Airmail outside UK). Larger items are
sent by courier.
We will identify you (using the business name and address you give us on your application form) as the 'sender' on all parcels unless you tell us otherwise.
VAT
Returns/cancelled
orders
You can cancel
an order up to the time of its despatch, and return unopened
items from a cancelled order within 7 days after delivery,
and receive a full refund. Faulty or damaged items will
be refunded or replaced if returned within 30 days in
their original packaging. Animal Prints will not be responsible
for postage costs of returning unwanted items unless they
are damaged or faulty.
Stocks
of giftware
We aim to keep
stock available throughout our range at all times, but
where this is not possible we will advise you regularly
by email of items not available or discontinued. NB
We are unable to send email correspondence to AOL
email addresses.
Product
Images
Product images
are available to download by registered customers which
may be used in websites, Ebay or eslewhere to display
our products for sale.
Payment
for orders
We will require
payment for drop-shipping orders placed at the time of
ordering. Payment can be by PayPal, Debit Card or Credit
Card, and can be made through our website.
What
do I have to do to make this a success?
Those that
are new to this will wish to offer the range of giftware
you decide in such a way that reaches interested buyers,
and presents the giftware well and at attractive prices.
This may involve e.g. one or more Websites, Ebay, Press
Advertising, Brochures. You'll need to be prepared to
deal with orders efficiently and promptly.
